Course Overview

This PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner 7th edition course is designed to provide delegates with a working understanding of the PRINCE2® structured project management method. It will enable them to use the method when working within a PRINCE2® project and to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner examinations.

The course covers the full PRINCE2® 7th edition syllabus and therefore equips delegates not just to take the Foundation and Practitioner examinations, but also to understand the broad range of PRINCE2®’s principles, key themes, processes and techniques. The aim during the course is to achieve an effective balance between exam success and the need for skills transfer.

Delegates are required to undertake preliminary study using the Pre-Course Workbook. Additional email or telephone support is available with this course from an accredited PRINCE2 trainer.

Please note the PRINCE2 examination process has changed and the following will apply to every course:

- All PRINCE2 Examinations are arranged and administered online direct by PeopleCert.

- Delegates will be provided with a PeopleCert Examination Voucher for each examination. The voucher for the Foundation Examination includes access to the Official 7th Edition PRINCE2 Manual e-book.

- On receipt of the voucher code the delegate should create or login to their candidate profile on the PeopleCert website to “redeem” the voucher and get access to the e-book.

- Delegates are further encouraged to register for both Foundation and Practitioner examinations with Peoplecert as soon as possible, to ensure that they have access to the e-book and can carry out pre-course reading.

Success Stories

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rebecca Mollart

I run a charity and my very small team needed some tailor made Teams training rather than an off the shelf package as we knew the basics but were struggling with functionality. Rob was perfect and delivered a workshop/surgery interspersed with some formal input. Well worth the expenditure especially after wasting time trying to work things out ourselves for a couple of months. Will save us money on the long run. Pre-training arrangements were great too - efficient, responsive, friendly.

Tim Bainbridge

I have recently completed training in the International Computer Driving Licence (Microsoft Office), Levels 1 & 2. The standard of the service and training I received from NILC was excellent, throughout. Karim Dastgir and Julie Jones were always very friendly, supportive and flexible and as a result of completing the training, I have recently secured employment as an Administrative Assistant, with Cardiff University. The training directly enabled me to do this job.
