I run a charity and my very small team needed some tailor made Teams training rather than an off the shelf package as we knew the basics but were struggling with functionality. Rob was perfect and delivered a workshop/surgery interspersed with some formal input. Well worth the expenditure especially after wasting time trying to work things out ourselves for a couple of months. Will save us money on the long run. Pre-training arrangements were great too - efficient, responsive, friendly.

I have recently completed training in the International Computer Driving Licence (Microsoft Office), Levels 1 & 2. The standard of the service and training I received from NILC was excellent, throughout. Karim Dastgir and Julie Jones were always very friendly, supportive and flexible and as a result of completing the training, I have recently secured employment as an Administrative Assistant, with Cardiff University. The training directly enabled me to do this job.
